Ta Jung (Mike) Kuo Ding
Founder of Productos Orientales Mamá Ding
In 2004, when oriental products and frozen products were not popular in supermarkets, the idea arose to facilitate for all people with a hectic daily life and offer an alternative in which they could prepare oriental food in an easier way and without having to go to a Chinese restaurant to eat on the spot or request to take them home, so we thought about offering the alternative that you could prepare them warm at home and above all with the best flavor.
Nowadays, frozen oriental foods have become very popular and the taste of many people has expanded more because it is no longer just Chinese food, but Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, etc., for this reason, we started importing directly from these countries with the intention of expanding and diversifying the ingredients for restaurants, providing advice for entrepreneurs to start their dreams of opening a restaurant and even the kitchens of their homes.
Cooking can be easy, fun, so you know the culture of each dish.
The name of our company for many people is a mystery, for everyone to know, the name Máma Ding is due to the fact that my mother's name is Chien Ping, surname Ding Chu, of which in the Chinese community, and all who Who know, calls her "Mamá Ding", especially many of our recipes are originally from her hand, therefore you can know that our recipe is originally Oriental food.
